CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
In order to keep things streamlined, we ship your order as soon as possible so, unfortunately we can’t provide this option. Please reach out to the email below with your order number if you would like to return the item. 

WHAT DO I DO IF MY SOCKS ARRIVED DAMAGED OR WITH A DEFECT?
Although we take all necessary steps to ensure that your will be delivered without defects if this does occur please email as soon as possible with your order info and a picture and we’ll make sure to take care of you.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
Your order will be processed in 2 business days, Monday through Thursday. If ordered on Friday through Saturday then your order will be processed the next week.

DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY DELIVERY?
We provide the option for higher-priced items.

WHAT SOCK SIZES DO YOU CARRY?
We carry socks in sizes 9.5-12 (Large) and 13-16 (X-Large). Our styles for the larger sizes will continue to grow based on demand.

WHAT PAYMENT TYPES DO YOU ACCEPT?
